Preferences in local storage
The toolnest-theme key stores the light/dark choice. The toolnest-consent key records essential-only or optional-service consent. The older internal key names remain so existing preferences are preserved.
PDF editing sessions
Saved PDF editing sessions use the toolnest-editor IndexedDB database, scoped to the signed-in account. Use Clear saved browser session in the editor or clear the site’s browser data on a shared device.
Optional analytics and advertising
When configured, Google Analytics and AdSense scripts are loaded after the optional-consent choice. Without those settings, the application does not load those optional services. Their cookies and processing depend on the provider configuration.
Change your choice
Use Cookie preferences on this page to show the consent controls again. Choosing Essential only stops future optional loading; if optional services already loaded, the page reloads. You can separately clear existing provider cookies through your browser settings.
Browser controls
Browsers let you inspect and remove cookies and site data. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in or account forms from working. Clearing browser data can also remove saved PDF editing work.
