Editorial and Testing Policy
Guides should help you complete a task and understand where a tool may not fit your file.

How tools are checked
The application includes automated checks using synthetic PDF, image, spreadsheet, document and text inputs. These check expected outputs and access controls. Selected workflows are also inspected in a browser. Passing these checks is not a guarantee for every file or device.
Limits and updates
Pages should state relevant format, size and processing limits. When behavior changes, the guide and metadata should be updated. Photo presets should name an official source and verification date before being described as checked.
Corrections
Report an inaccurate instruction or failed workflow through the contact page. Include the public page URL, the issue and a reproducible example that contains no sensitive information.
Advertising separation
If enabled, ads are labeled and kept separate from result downloads. Sponsorship or affiliate relationships should be disclosed where they appear; no such relationship is implied by an ordinary external link.
