A short guide from choosing a tool to keeping your finished file.
1. Find the right tool
Search for your task or open a category such as PDF, Image, Excel or Text. Each tool page explains its purpose, steps and limitations before you sign in.
2. Prepare your input
Sign in and verify your email. Check file types and combined upload size. For several files, use the arrows in the file list to set their order. Keep your original files.
3. Choose options
Enter dimensions, page numbers, output settings or document details as appropriate. Page numbers start at 1. Read preset notes before using an application photo.
4. Review and download
Create the result and inspect the preview where available. Check page order, text, image clarity and spreadsheet values before using or sharing a file. Generated results remain available in history for 24 hours.
5. Recover an interrupted PDF edit
Use Restore saved PDF session in the same browser and account. Browser storage can be cleared by private mode, browser cleanup or device changes, so download important work.
