Before you start

  • Server PDF operations support up to 150 pages, subject to the visible upload limit. Some advanced PDF encodings and encrypted inputs cannot be imported.
  • Review extracted text and generated documents. PDF-to-Word extracts text rather than recreating a complex layout.

Generated files expire after 24 hours. Keep a copy of important results. Read the help guide or report a problem.

How do I merge PDFs in a specific order?

Does merging make the file smaller?

Merge PDF combines documents; it does not promise a smaller file or recompress scanned pictures to a chosen KB target. Review the downloaded size separately.

Why is one of my PDFs rejected?

The combined upload limit and 150-page server limit both apply. Some encrypted documents and advanced PDF encodings cannot be imported. Keep the source and export a fresh supported PDF where you are authorised to do so.
